RIM is held by the bonds of the love and the unity in the Christ to capture the righteousness of God, the maintaining of the right relationships between God and men and therefore men and men. As the body of Christ led by the Holy Spirit, Riverside Chapel, Lord of The Nations, Asakusa City Church, The Philippian Christian Cathedral, The Valley Cathedral, New Jerusalem GCJC and Flocks of God are united together to preach Good News over the land of Japan and the world, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and to release from darkness for the prisoners. The messages of repentance of sins and salvation through Jesus Christ are our evangelistic focus, and living lives in a way that honors God and shows His love to others is urged, so the world will see the light of Christ in us.
Riverside Senior Pastor Amano Hiromasa
Riverside Chapel, founded in 1991 by Pastor Amano Hiromasa, began with only four members, including his then fiancée and himself. By 1999 it has grown into a multilingual worship center, with eight Sunday worship services in five different languages represented Japanese, English, Korean, Filipino and Portuguese. Later the Lord enabled expansion by each service conducting its own services. Now RC has 6-language services and 16 branches in Japan and 23 in overseas, plus Riverside International School, Holy Spirit Bible School, Shalom House and Gloria House and University Campus Bible Study. Riverside English Service is a ministry dedicated to both ministry to lost souls in Japan and to members who speak English already in service to God. We seek to strengthen our relationship with God, while reaching out to those around us with the love that God has given us. By sharing our lives with others, we pray that we can be pleasing to God and provide others with the ministry that they need. Our service takes part in many International Ministry events, while hosting a regular weekly schedule with services and prayer meetings for church-goers. Riverside English Service welcomes any who wish to attend and let us worship God together!
Mission: Our mission is to reach out to the people of Japan, while providing necessary ministry for members of our service.

The Valley Cathedral Japan exists to fulfill the commission given by our Lord Jesus Christ “to go and make disciples in Japan and throughout the world.” We worship, minister and train our fellow believers to strengthen the spiritual lives and to establish the character of congregation.
